Processes keep on changing here at Dell. for six weeks, they'll be training all their technical support agents regarding technical issues with factory-installed operating system. basically this means we may have to learn working with registry editing, more BSODs, and hosts of error messages cust encounter with programs like internet explorer, windows media player etc. this would also include basic OS navigation like, creating shortcuts and creating the resolution screen.
GRAAAAHHHHH!!!!! I don't even want to touch the registry editor at all!
